- Grades of splenomegaly.

Grades of splenomegaly.  
  1. Grade I :- Spleen is palpable under the costal margin.
  2. Grade II :- Spleen is palpable between the costal margin and umbilicus.
  3. Grade III :- Spleen is palpable below the  umbilicus.
