- Discoid rash.
- Raynaud's phenomenon: observed at distal digital tips.
- Photosensitivity, Purpuric lesion, Pre-ungual erythema.
- Alopecia:commonly affect the temporal regions.
- Lichen plannus like, Livedo reticularis, leucoderma.
- Malar rash.
